She worked relentlessly for a year to make our dream wedding come true and I will never forget the moment I first saw how beautiful the venue was. I almost dropped to my knees. While planning, I would have a crazy idea, and she would tell me exactly how she could make it come to life. Kate made the process so easy and exciting. She's an amazing person and an even better friend. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my wedding due to COVID. Kate guided me through this time emotionally. She was there for me in an extraordinary way. Katie was invaluable for our wedding!!! From helping us customize everything to fit our black and white party and our penguin theme (we exchanged pebbles instead of rings and got penguin tattoos right after the ceremony while our guests dined) to officiating and finally celebrating with us, she was integral to that entire day. I am forever grateful for her attention to detail, creativity, and care.

Katie was not only able to help decorate for my small and intimate back yard wedding but she did an amazing job officiating it. She is very knowledgeable on the entire process. Katie had great ideas from our first meet before the ceremony to combining sand after to demonstrate our union. Totally in love with the outcome. Thank you Katie. I had my DREAM wedding thanks to Madrigal Event Design & Coordinating. Kate went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! She made my day feel so special and saved us tons of money. Brides can be emotional and/or complicated. Unfortunately, I was both. Kate was patient, kind and remained level. I would 1000% recommend her to any event you have!
She was an advocate for our requests, stepped in long prior to our big day, and worked so hard the day of to deliver the day we dreamed up.
She made me feel like we’re besties and when things got to much to handle, she encouraged me to call and talk to her. An absolute sweetheart!
